In Seventeen Magazine, a girl said that she Tweeted him about a hundred messages before he noticed. What finally got his attention? "Hey Justin, if you follow me I’ll give you a cookie." Then he followed her and replyed "Followed. Where’s my cookie."

Try saying something cute and that will stand out like:

If none of these work, you could always try something insaine like saying:
